“Tom was my seventh math grade teacher (1971-72) at HW Mountz Grammar School in Spring Lake. Tom used a model football field he developed in order to teach us about integers, and the boys loved it. Coincidentally, Tom was also my daughter's math teacher at HW Mountz 29 years later (2000-01). My daughter still recounts the stories that Tom shared with the class when he had worked on a cod fishing boat- my daughter will never eat cod again :) You will be missed Mr. Chletsos !”
