He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Candia (DeGennaro) and Albert De Candia; his grandfather Vinny; and his siblings, Michael De Candia and Angela Disteso.
He is survived by: his wife Nina; his daughters, Paula (Ted Wielichoski) of Toms River, Marianne (Cosmo Fasciano) of Secaucus and Nina; his granddaughter Amanda (Mark Rutkowski) of Lacey; his daughter Alexa O'Dell (Riley) of Toms River; his granddaughters, Marissa and Samantha; his brother Albert De Candia (Sharon) of Virginia Beach; Vinny, Nicholas, Nina (Edward Antommarchi) of Toms River, Justice and Chase.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Kedz Funeral Home (1123 Hooper Ave, Toms River, NJ 08753). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (685 Hooper Ave, Toms River, NJ 08753).
