He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Ashley Balloutine of Totowa; his children, Anthony Balloutine of Totowa, Talia Balloutine of Totowa and Layla Balloutine of Totowa; his parents, Edward Balloutine and Hajaleh Balloutine of Totowa; his sister Jacqueline Balloutine; his nieces and nephews, Joseph, Scott, Ryan, Christopher and Gina DeLuca (Rory); his children, Rory, Mia, Ava and Dante; his sibling Police Officer Edward Balloutine of Totowa; his parents-in-law, James and Joelyn Van Winkle of Totowa; his siblings-in-law, Matthew and Jaime Fullam; and his son Ryan.
