He is survived by: his wife Linda Schunk; his daughter Diane Webb (David Webb, Jr.); his granddaughter Caitlin Kortenhaus (Michael); his sister Esther Forsythe (Kenneth); and his goddaughter Jo Anne Altamar (Al). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
