She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Donald James Sime; her children, Eric Sime (Jean), Patrick Sime (Stephen Cohen), Brian Sime (Nancy) and Heather Wilson (Scott); her grandchildren, James Sime, Sara Sime and Holly Wilson; and her siblings, Colleen Menz, Michele Wade and Lawrence Wade.
