He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas F. and Mary T. O'Brien (Keogh); his girlfriend Ruthann Quinn; and his siblings, Tara, Kevin and Mark O'Brien.

He is survived by : his siblings, Katherine Miller (Lawrence Miller) of Vero Beach, Jean O'Brien-Meyer of Carolina Shores, NC, Christine O'Brien of Big Sur, CA and Maeve O'Brien Braun (Simon Braun) of Doesburg Netherlands; and his nieces and nephews, Chela O'Brien, Kate Meyer, Alexandra Miller, Jasper Braun and Anselm Braun.

To honor Thomas's love for spending time with his pet cat, Nova, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the ASPCA or to the animal charity of your choice.
