He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Stout and Carrie Stout (Van Horn). He is survived by: his wife Betty Rothamel Stout; his children, Linda Marie Stout (Marty), Nancy Cyran (Michael) and Steven Stout (Sharon); his grandchildren, Larissa Popp (Jon), Tamara Latimer (Greg), Mitchell Cyran (Stana), Erik and Keri Stout; and his great grandchildren, Miriam, Wade Latimer, Susanna, Brooke Popp, Juliana and Micah Cyran.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hope Presbyterian Church (140 Denow Rd, Lawrence Township, NJ 08648). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
