It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Bartholomei of Trenton, New Jersey, born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, A. W. Walton and Clara Walton; her husband John; and her sisters, Marie Rose and Anna Charles.

She is survived by : her daughter Joann Takach; her grandsons, John and Michael (Denise); and her great grandchildren, Jessica, Michael, Dillon, Evan, Emily and Mia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Murphy Funeral Home (1863 Hamilton Ave, Hamilton Township, NJ 08619).
