He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Barrett and Patrick Barrett; and his nephew John Bijaczyk. He is survived by: his sister Vicki Forrest; his brother-in-law Jim (Forrest); his nieces, Jennifer Balush and Alexis Forrest; and his nephew James Forrest. He is also survived by eight grand nieces and nephews.
