He was predeceased by: his parents, Benedetto Cianfrano and Sirina D'Argenio Cianfrano; his wife Loraine G. Sessa Cianfrano; and his siblings, Louis, Frank, Benjamin Cianfrano, Rose and Frances Cianfrano.

He is survived by: his daughters, Filomena "Phyllis" Cianfrano (Gloria J. Turk), Loraine "Lori" Cook (Jeffrey) and Diane Cianfrano; his grandchildren, Brian Cook (Hannah Westerberg), Brandon Cook (Bianca) and Sophia Cianfrano; his great grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jacob Cook and Della Traeger; and his sister Marie Novembre. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Donations in Ralph's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause close to his heart because of his love for children.
