He was a wonderful, intelligent person who had a kind word and handshake for people he met. He brightened my world with his fantastic humor and helped raise my son who needed a father figure. He will be greatly missed and will always remember his love , hugs and the good times we had together. Always in my heart and missed greatly.”

I was a driver for SMR and Mr.Walker was a patient I would pick up. Every time his name would be put on my list of pick ups I would get excited. I even used to ask my dispatcher to give me his pick up. Rodney was a positive, funny, intelligent and caring person. It pained me deeply when I heard the bad news. To me he was not only a patient but a dear friend.”
