He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Biscardi and Maria Biscardi; his wife Marie Biscardi; his son Frank P. Biscardi Jr.; and his siblings, Dominick, Elizabeth, Rose and Ellen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Biscardi-Monaco (Joseph) of Atlantic Highlands, NJ and Mary Ellen Biscardi of Little Falls, NJ; his daughter-in-law Rosemarie Biscardi; his granddaughters, Anna Marie Gutierrez (Jhoan) and Lucia Biscardi; and his great grandchildren, Mariella and Marina. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
