He is survived by: his son Wayne Rutherford (Jill Diehl); his former wife Rosemarie Seymour; his brothers, John "Scott" Rutherford (Sybil) and Bruce Rutherford (Charlotte); his niece Alyssa; and his nephew Daniel. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family.
