He is survived by: his daughters, Rachele Armstrong (Tom Armstrong) and Joann Pinto; his sister Thomas Pinto; his caregiver Joan Pinto Balitz; his grandchildren, Thomas Armstrong Jr., Christine Moska-Wadsworth, Jessica Marie Reichle, Jade Mariah Kozlowski, Madison Anna-Marie Moska, Piper Joelle Moska, Santino Kozlowski and Joseph Wagner-Kozlowski; his great grandchildren, Nicholas Ryan Verheyen, Lydia Paige Armstrong, Harper Alise Wadsworth, Lana Reign Kozlowski, Davina Elizabeth Dixon and Adaleigha Macie-Rae Morgan; Anthony J. Moska, Joseph R. Kozlowski, Nicole and Joseph Magray. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
