He is survived by: his wife Karen Hertzke (Waugh); his children, William John Hertzke and Kara Camacho (Michael); his parents-in-law, Roberta and Jack Waugh; his stepbrothers, Roy and Pete Westbrook; and his grandchildren, Bentley, Mark, James, Violet and Blake.
