We were in the same classes, ate lunch together and played basketball all the time (sometimes at midnight at Pershing Field). I remember how hard he always worked at school, was the Editor of our yearbook and managed to hang out and play a lot of basketball. His calm demeanor is what I remember most about him - getting roughed up and glasses knocked off - but never lost it like most of us would. You’ll be missed!”
