He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Horak and Iva Horak; his sister Marilyn Prinz (Horak); and his nephew Glenn Prinz. He is survived by: his nieces, Donna O'Brien (John Capettini) and Diann Prinz-Carrajat (James Carrajat); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Andy O'Brien, Tim O'Brien, Daniel O'Brien, Jeff Carrajat, Alice Jacobson (O'Brien), Michelle Littwin (Carrajat) and Lizzy O'Brien.
