It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Xirouhakis of Union, New Jersey, who passed away on July 17, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Anna may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ioannis Tzamarias and Helen Tzamarias; and her brothers, Dimitrios and Ioannis. She is survived by: her children, Konstantinos (Nicole Xirouchakis), Katerina (Stelios Kanellos) of Hillsborough, NJ., Elias Xirouchakis of Sayreville, NJ and John (Deborah Xirouchakis). She is also survived by grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. George Greek Orthodox Church (1101 River Rd, Piscataway, NJ 08854). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
