She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Green and Florence Green; and her siblings, Aaron, Shirlee, Beverly and Geraldine.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Tesman and Cheryl Berman; her granddaughters, Michelle and Jennifer; and her sister Judith Eisenberg.

Since Carol wasn't a fan of flowers, donations to the Lupus Foundation of America in her memory would be greatly appreciated.
