With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chitrakha Somwaru (Union, New Jersey), who passed away on March 15, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mukhlall Mukhlall and Parbati Mukhlall of Toronto Canada; her parents-in-law, Mohabir and Shirley Somwaru of Foulis; and her siblings, Balwant Mukhlall and Patsy Chunilall.
She is survived by: her spouse Gurdayal; her children, Nadia Treihart (Brandon Treihart) and Aneil Somwaru (Lianna Sousa); her grandchildren, Logan Treihart and Zayn Somwaru; and her sister-in-law Ram Somwaru. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
