He is survived by: his daughter Karen Levine; his grandson Philip Alexander Menza; his sister-in-law Helen Levine; his nieces and nephews, Randy Barry Levine, Dr. Rodger Rosen, Ricky Rosen, Sue Murphy and Jan Feinstein; his cousin Rita (Joe Messing); and his close friend Fred Orpin. He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews.
