Though George may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his father Andrew Ambanoudis; and his former wife Sophie Laletas. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his brothers, James John and John James; his uncle Sotireos; and his daughters, Anna Wilsman (Michael) of Severna Park and Elaine Smith (George) of Staten Island. He is also survived by 5 beautiful granddaughters and his 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McCracken Funeral Home (1500 Morris Ave, Union, NJ 07083). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
