He was predeceased by: his father Jerome Shaw Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Heather Spielman Shaw; his sons, Clayton, Tyler and Trevor Shaw; his mother Charlotte; and his siblings, Diane Materia (James), Cindy Zieser (Ronald) and Patrick Shaw (Amy). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
