With heavy hearts, we announce the death of José A. Gafanhao of Union, New Jersey, who passed away on October 28, 2023 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his father Jose of Jesus Gafanhao; his brother Claudio Gafanhao; his wife Isilda Lopes Gafanhao; his mother Isilda Moço Oliveira; his sister Maria (Jack Pires) of Fatima Pires; and his children, David Gafanhao (Evlyn Rojas) and Emily Gafanhao (Sebastián Rojas). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
