He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph O'Brien Clifford and Evelyn DeFeis Clifford; his wife Susan Ann Cardel; and his nephew Robert Clifford. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Peter Clifford (Kamron) of Plainfield, NH and Jason Anthony Clifford of Springfield, NJ; his grandsons, Joseph P (Maxwell James) and Dalton Joseph Clifford; his significant other Gwen Lewis of Union, NJ; his partner's child Michele Campbell of Union, NJ.; and his nieces, Rhonda Clifford and Melanie Cole.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Galante Funeral Home-Union (2800 Morris Ave, Union, NJ 07083). A burial was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at the Hillside Cemetery (742 Rutherford Ave, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071).
