He is survived by : his wife June; his daughters, Kenyana Lee Ramos of Vauxhall and Luisa Ramos; his grandson Aiden Ramos of Brooklyn; his brother Bart Twitty Jr.; his nephew Christian Twitty of Wake Forest; and his niece Noelle Twitty (Jalen Alston) of Greensboro.
