It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret Ortizio of Union, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Appello and Anna Appello (Ranieri); her significant other Vincent Ortizio; and her sister Grace Conti. She is survived by: her children, Marianne Ortizio-Weiss (Heath) and Vincent Ortizio, Jr. (Dina); her grandchildren, Rebecca, Mia, Nicholas and Giana; and her brothers, Joseph Appello, Patrick Appello and Frank Appello (Linda). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
