She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Stanley and Edith Cyphers (Apgar); her husband Samuel Bush; her children, Raymond Floyd Bush and Marsha Lee Purcell; and her sisters, Dorothy Burlaga, Edna Petty and Jeanette Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Samuel Bush of Holland Township, NJ, Stanley Wayne Bush of Alexandria Township, NJ, Robert James Bush of Port Richey, FL, Mildred "Joan" Hartpence of Holland Township, NJ and Marjorie Smull of Alpha, NJ. She is also survived by her fifteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and her twelve great-great-grandchildren.
