It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marietta Burke in Union, New Jersey, born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on March 3, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Auxiliary Swimming and Synchronized Swimming; her sons, Paul Burke, John, Jr. (Joanne) of Elizabeth and Peter; her siblings, Nancy of Elizabeth, Carla of Union, N. J. and Fred of Cooperstown, N. Y; and her grandchildren, Owen, Liam, Molly and Casey.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Special Olympics of N.J., 3 Princess Rd., Lawrenceville, N.J. 08648, or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
