It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michele Chiarella of Union, New Jersey, who passed away on January 4, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Lucia; his son Tommaso; his daughter-in-law Debra; his grandchildren, Christina Nicole and Michael Thomas; his daughter Rosa Collura; his son-in-law Peter; his grandchildren, Luca Michele and Noah Peter; and his siblings, Nicola, Giuseppe, Gina and Giovanni.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Michele's name to Creutzfeld-Jakob Disease Foundation, Inc. (cjdfoundation.org).
