Neal V. Strain Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Neal V. Strain of Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey. Neal, born on February 1, 1945 in Jersey City, New Jersey, passed away on October 15, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Neal V. Strain to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Lois (Albizati); his parents, James Strain and Mildred Strain (Witting); his brother James W. Strain; and his brother-in-law Karl Gollhardt.
He is survived by: his children, Adrienne Peterpaul (Anthony) and Brian J. Strain (Danielle); his grandchildren, Anna, Anthony, Olivia, Harper and Mason; his sisters, Karen Gollhardt and Cheryl Peal (Robert); and his siblings-in-law, Susan Strain and Daniel Albizati (Lesia). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McCracken Funeral Home (1500 Morris Ave, Union, NJ 07083).
