He is survived by: his children, Amy Zubicki, Irene Suhaka and Patrick O'Callaghan; his grandchildren, Luke, Lily, Kara, Mya and Aubrie; and his siblings, Catherine Abercrombie, Clare O'Callaghan, Margaret O'Callaghan and Rosemary O'Callaghan. He is also survived by in-laws and dear friends.
