She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leo Fenster and Lillian Fenster; her children, Stacey (John Williams), Alicia Zurlo (John Zurlo), Jordan Ruddy (Tricia McDonnell) and John (Tami Ruddy); her grandchildren, John (Hannah), Austin, Reid Zurlo, Lindsay, Jack Ruddy and Laura Williams; and her sisters, Joan Fluhr and Renee Bretner. She was also cherished by her nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and nephews, and dear friends.

The family requests that donations in Phyllis's memory be made to the Anti-Defamation League http://www.adl.org.
