She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Duva and Frances Duva; her husband John Nye III; her brothers, Michael Duva and Joseph Duva; and her nephew Michael Baker.
She is survived by: her children, Regina Nye (Stephen Paynter), Jacquelyn Nye, John Nye IV (Jen Wahler) and Victoria Nye; her grandchildren, Gianna Jones, Madison Sequeira, John Nye V and Layla Nye; and her sisters, Frances Duva, Sharon Baker and Marie Bentivegna. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, god-children.
