I first met Steve in the Fanwood Bagel store, and he was wearing his Met hat and shirt which being a Met fan since 1969 began the start our friendly acquaintance. There was a group of us that would meet at the Stage House when the Mets had a day home game, and Yes that meant Day Drinking. Steve, may you Rest in Peace and may the light of Heaven shine upon you.🙏”
