It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Frank Smela of Union, New Jersey, born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on June 10, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Michael Sr. Smela; his wife Margaret; his children, Kimberly Ciprian (Ricardo) and Joseph William Smela; his grandchildren, Mikaela Ann, Ricardo William and Bill; and his brother Michael Smela Jr.. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
