“I am in shock. I have just heard of the passing of Joan Tabor. Joan's parents and my parents were very close friends, and my brother and I spent many happy times at Joan's parent's house as children playing with Joan and her brother, Michael. I was a bridesmaid at Joan and Joel's wedding. Joan was a kind and exuberant person. I am so saddened and shocked at her passing.
