He is survived by: his children, Walter J. Griffin III and Melissa Kelly (Robert Kelly); his grandsons, Michael Kelly and Joseph Kelly; and his siblings, Patricia Griffin, Jo Ann Miller (David Miller) and Anthony Griffin.
