Walter Madsen Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Walter Madsen (Upper Saddle River, New Jersey), born in Brooklyn, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 28, 2025 at the age of 86. He was predeceased by: his mother Ingrid Madsen; and his brother Stanley Madsen. He is survived by: his wife Frances Zukas; his sons, John (Jennifer Fox) and Matthew (Lynn); his grandchildren, Cassandra, Emma, Jordan Fox, Natalie and Corey; and his nieces, Kathy Quinn, Kelly Flynn and Kristen Wauson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wanamaker and Carlough Funeral Home (177 NY-59, Suffern, NY 10901). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Church of the Presentation (271 W Saddle River Rd, Upper Saddle River, NJ 07458).
