He is survived by : his wife Kathy Risley (Kinsey); his children, Breanna Risley and Zack Blazer; his mother Cecelia Hickerson "Chi Chi" (Linda Risley); his siblings, Stephanie Welch, Wendy Kenyon, Holly Risley, Christopher Risley (Crystal) and Gregory Risley; and his nieces and nephews, Jacqueline Welch, Devon Tull, Jessica Maloney, Emily Kenyon, Danielle Kenyon, PJ Welch (Paul), Michael Tull, Matthew Tull, Christopher Risley and Mason Risley.
