She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Johnson and Dora Johnson (Conklin); her husband Walter; and her son Terry B. Zmuda. She is survived by: her daughter Linda Berezny of Mountain Lakes; and her grandchildren, Denise Dierson and Alissa Anglin.
