He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Vaughn and Theodora Storms Vaughn; his wife Norma "Kay" Vaughn; and his son-in-law Barry. He is survived by: his daughter Ronni Lapp; his grandchildren, Megan Smith (Jason) and Robert (Maggie); and his great grandchild Paisley Jaye Smith.
