He was predeceased by: his father Henry Heine; and his brother Charles Heine. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Heine (Post); his wife Nancy Tolosky-Heine; his siblings, Jack (Lynne) and Sandra Heine; his sister-in-law Eileen Eversley (Paul); his nieces and nephews, Bryan Heine (Tori), Damon Heine, Erin Roock (Tim), Kristin Gemski, Maeghan Marion (Kenneth) and Lauren Rosenberg (Josh); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zakary Heine, Luke Marion, Morgan, Shannon, Katelyn Roock, Anna Gemski, Dakota, Brooke Marion and Ava Rosenberg. He is also survived by his dogs and cats.
