She was predeceased by : her husband Albert; and her brother Joseph. She is survived by : her stepchild Bloomfield NJ; her sons, Nicholas (Clarissa) and Gene (Tracy); and her grandchildren, Jaquelyn, Amanda, Gabrielle, Alexandra and Nicholas. She is also survived by sister, Laura Healing; and her nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Grace may be made to the following: Seton Hall Prep, Cheer Me Up, and St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital.
