He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Guido and Marie Guido. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Guido and Gloria Guido La Forgia (Paul); his nephews, Jonpaul La Forgia (Gianna) and Christopher La Forgia (Amanda); and his great-nephews, Gianluca La Forgia, Santino La Forgia and Lorenzo La Forgia.
