He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Sergio and Juanita Masci. He is survived by : his uncle Stephen Cooke; his parents, Tina Kane (Kevin) and David Lazarczyk, Sr. (Cathy); his children, Sergio, Lela and Sebastian Lazarczyk; his siblings, Tiffany Domizio (Mark), Kevin Kane III, Chad Lazarczyk, Austin Lazarczyk (Autumn), John Kane (Tess), Lance Lazarczyk and Blake Lazarczyk; and his grandmothers, Catharine Jones and Mitzi Antonio. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
