He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mulhearn and Violet Mulhearn; and his brother Joseph Mulhearn. He is survived by: his children, James Mulhearn, Jr. (Leah) and Kathryn Fink (Ken); his brother Dennis Mulhearn (Victoria); and his grandchildren, Evangeline, Abigail, Eleanor, Violet and John.
