She was predeceased by: her mother Kathleen Blasky (Brooks); and her daughter Jaime Lee. She is survived by: her husband Joe Horn; her children, Candy and Joey; her siblings, Buddy Brooks and Jackie Brooks (Fisher); and her grandchildren, Madison, Jaime and Bub.
