She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernst August Haars and Elsie Verna Langley Haars; her brothers, Ernst Haars and Gilbert Haars (Dot); her son-in-law Norman Bennett; her brother-in-law Thomas Box; and her pet Princess.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra Bennett of Conway, SC; her grandchildren, Jay Alan Bennett and Michelle Bennett of South Carolina; her great grandchildren, Kayla, Trista, Lance Lamkin of Vineland, NJ and Jayden Bennett of North Carolina; and her sister Faye Box (Christopher Lamkin) of Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
