He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Low and Josephine Low (Lombardo); and his siblings, Kenneth (Delores), Marshall Low (Marie), Beverly Apel (Herb) and Linda Headley (Emroe).
He is survived by: his wife Terri; his sons, Bruce Low Jr. (Corinne) and Joseph Low; his grandchildren, Bryce Low, Chase Low, Lola Low, Avery Low and Jada Low; and his great grandchildren, Roosevelt Hart V, Nova Hart and Rumani Hart. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
